1. How to Place an Order Online
Customers can conveniently browse and purchase our porcelain collections directly through our official website:

Step 1: Browse Products
Choose the items you’re interested in to view detailed information, including product descriptions, specifications, and prices.
Step 2: Add to Cart
Click on the “Buy Now” button to add a product to your shopping cart. If you wish to purchase multiple items, click “Add to Cart” and continue browsing.
You may also adjust quantities directly in the cart.
Step 3: Enter Your Information
Fill in your contact and delivery details. Please ensure all information is typed accurately, including full name and address with proper diacritical marks (Vietnamese tones).
Step 4: Confirm Your Order
Click the “Place Order” button to submit your request. Once we receive your order, a member of our sales team will contact you via phone or email to confirm and finalize the order details.
Your order will only be processed after confirmation.

2. How to Purchase at Our Showrooms
You are welcome to visit any of our official showrooms in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City to view products in person, receive consultation, and complete your purchase on-site. Our Purchase Policy outlines the following process for in-store shopping:
In-store Purchasing Process:
- For in-stock items collected on the same day, customers are required to pay 100% of the total value at checkout.
- For orders requiring delivery to other provinces or outside the free shipping area, customers are kindly requested to pay in full, including any applicable shipping fees.
Our showroom staff will support you with product recommendations, packaging options (including gift boxes), and delivery arrangements as needed.
3. Order Confirmation and Customer Support
After an order is placed – either online or in-store – our team will:
- Review your selected items
- Confirm payment method and delivery address
- Notify you of estimated delivery time and shipping charges (if any)
- Issue an invoice if requested
