1. Order Process and Online Payment Guide

To ensure an easy and secure shopping experience, please follow these steps when placing an online order:

Step 2: Review your cart to ensure product details and quantities are accurate.
Step 3: Fill in your delivery information and select a payment method.
Step 4: Confirm your order.

2. Accepted Methods of Payment

We offer several convenient payment methods for customers both in Vietnam and internationally:

2.1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

This method is available for orders delivered within Vietnam. Customers will pay the total order value and shipping fees directly to the courier, who is authorized by Long Phuong Porcelain to collect payment on our behalf.

2.2. Bank Transfer

Customers may choose to transfer the payment directly to our bank account. Payment must be made to the account information provided at checkout or via our customer service team. Once the payment is received, a customer care representative will confirm the transaction and update the order status accordingly.

2.3. Card Payments (Offline & Online)

In-showroom card payments are also available at our physical retail locations in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Note: Product prices include VAT. However, shipping fees are calculated separately and may vary depending on the delivery address. Shipping fees will be communicated and confirmed with the customer before dispatch. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay this fee directly to the shipping service upon receipt.

3. Payment Terms and Conditions for B2B and Custom Orders

For wholesale clients, distributors, and customized production (OEM/ODM), Long Phuong Porcelain applies the following payment terms and conditions:

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to initiate production or to secure bulk orders.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid before goods are delivered or shipped.

For custom orders involving logo printing or exclusive product designs, the same structure applies. Full payment must be received before the products leave our warehouse.

* Invoices (including VAT for domestic orders) and export documents (for international buyers) such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin can be provided upon request.
