Long Phuong Group Joint Stock Company came into being in the year of 2002. At first, it focused on both the production and on the trading of household porcelain items and it served both a domestic market and high-standard international markets through exports.

Meet our COB
Mr. Nguyen Tien Long is the founder and Chairman of Long Phuong Group. Starting from a small porcelain workshop in 2002, he has led the company to become one of Vietnam’s top porcelain manufacturers.
Under his leadership, Long Phuong has not only expanded its core porcelain manufacturing but also ventured into real estate and clean water supply. The construction of a 4-story smart factory, equipped with an integrated production system, marked a turning point in scaling both quality and output.
His leadership has been nationally recognized:
- Awarded the Second-Class Labor Medal by the President of Vietnam (2023)
- Serving as Chairman of the Bac Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association (2022–2025)
- Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association (Term VII)

Located in the Hap Linh Industrial Cluster in Bac Ninh City (Vietnam), Long Phuong’s factory enjoys a strategic position near major highways, seaports, and international logistics routes. This location gives us a strong logistical advantage for both domestic distribution and international exports.
Our Factory Highlights
Long Phuong can satisfy demands from OEM/ODM collaborators worldwide since it is fully capable of producing over 100,000 porcelain items per day.
Each piece is fired at 1,380°C for exceptional hardness, durability, and thermal resistance – perfect for households, restaurants, hotels, and retail chains.
Our flexible production planning and our streamlined logistics allow us to handle custom orders and seasonal demand with fast turnaround times.
Our Production Capacity
Long Phuong fully integrates production on multiple levels, centered around our 5-in-1 Closed-Loop System. This is the core of our operations, ensuring consistency and minimal waste.
Every stage of production is housed under one roof – from raw material preparation to forming, glazing, firing, and final inspection – ensuring seamless coordination and absolute consistency.
Since we are committed to sustainability, we also reuse heat from our tunnel kilns for powering forming as well as drying systems at length – greatly reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.
Strict Quality Control Standards
At Long Phuong, quality is a daily commitment. Every product is carefully inspected and meets both local and international safety standards.
We also test all raw materials like: lead, cadmium, and heavy metals – using advanced lab systems to ensure product safety from the start.
Our production lines are powered by state-of-the-art equipment imported from Germany and Japan, including:
