1. Job Description
- Search and collect new customer information through communication channels (in collaboration with MKT)
- Managing and exploiting old customer information (available in the company's database)
- After-sale customer care, old customers
- Handling customer complaints
- Drafting a contract after the customer has agreed on the basic, transfer it to the Manager for comments on the contract terms. Prepare contract signing procedures, save a copy of the contract, transfer the original to the accounting department to keep.
- Directly perform, urge the performance of contracts, including delivery procedures, issue invoices, and check the quality of delivered products with customers.
2. Job Requirements
- Graduate from college or university
- Good use of office software: Word, Excel, Powerpoint...
- Having good looks is an advantage
- Mastering the company's product, service, and working process information
- Experience in the ceramic industry is an advantage
- Having experience in SEO Web/Facebook… is an advantage
